Frequently asked questions
How do I submit content for my project?
All materials (text, images, logos, media, etc) are required BEFORE your project can begin. You will be able to upload any and all project materials at the time of submission at www.bewmade.com/project request.
To ensure that all images are reflected in the best manner, images must be sent in high resolution (min. 300 dpi). Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor print quality. Wonderfully Made LLC will not be held responsible and reserves the right to decline projects due to poor quality images. If a specif image is desired, but no high-resolution images has been supplied by the client, a $50 fee will be incurred (for the use of stock images)
How will my project files be delivered?
All digital projects will be delivered via email. Once a project is printed, it is the client's responsibility to pick up or arrance to have their project picked up. The client is responsible for any shipping fees.
What is your turnaround time?
Who gets the ownership and rights after my project has been completed?
All reproduction rights on the copyrighted work are retained by Wonderfully Made LLC. The work may not be reproduced or resold in any form without consent from Wonderfully Made LLC. Wonderfully Made LLC retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, and the marketing of Wonderfully Made's business. Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.
Do you accept payment plans?
All projects under $300 require a full deposit. All projects over $300 require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due before files are released.
We accept credit/debit card payments via CashApp and/or PayPal. ALL DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE; NO EXCEPTIONS.
How many revisions do you allot?
Wonderfully Made LLC allos up to 3 round of revisions per item without incurring additional design fees ($50 per set of revisions). Where applicable, there is a cap on the number of changes withing a set of revisions.
Before print, all clients will have the opportunity to review/proofread each job to ensure accuracy. Once the jobe received apporval pr print, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE. Wonderfully Made LLC is not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting after the final approval.
Turnaround times will change depending on the number of revisions and the complexity of the changes requested
Can I rush a project?
Can I cancel or change a project?
You can't change a project once it has begun. However, any design projects can be canceled (in writing) at the discretion of the client. If after a project commencement client communication stops for 60 days, the project may be terminated (in writing by the designer) and Wonderfully Made LLC shall retain ownership of all copyrights. All desposits & payments are non-refundable; NO EXCEPTIONS.
What file types are included with my project?
If you are wanting to use your project for web and social media purposes, a JPEG or PNG will be given. All print items will include a JPEG and PDF. Logos will include various forms: PNG, EPS, and PDF.
Do you offer printing services?
Creativ Freedom subcontracts all print work and will not be held responsible for printer related issues such as delays in printing and shipping.
After my project has been submitted, how do we communicate?
We use email as our main means of communication. we like to use the email correspondence as reference. Communication is critical to the design of your project.
