Creativ Freedom does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own privacy and security practices.

2. Google Sign-In Information
When you choose Continue with Google, Google may provide Creativ Freedom and our authentication provider with limited account information, including:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your profile picture, if available

• A unique identifier associated with your Google account

This information is used only to authenticate your identity, match your email address to an authorized client or administrator account, secure the Client Portal, and provide access to the appropriate account information.
Creativ Freedom does not use Google sign-in to access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, passwords, or other private Google content.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated marketing. Information received through Google is shared only with service providers needed to operate and secure the Client Portal, when required by law, or with your consent.

3. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:

• Provide graphic design, branding, creative, and related services

• Match an authenticated email address with the correct client record

• Display project information assigned to a specific client

4. Client Portal Access
The Creativ Freedom Client Portal is intended for authorized clients and administrators. Access may be limited to specific invited or approved email addresses.
Each client should only be able to access information assigned to that client. Clients are responsible for keeping their login information and invitation links secure and for notifying Creativ Freedom if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.
